Galbraith House is an office to residential conversion in the centre of Birmingham.  The building was bought outright, whilst the conversion was self managed by our in house team of experts and came in on time and on budget. The 19 apartments, including one of Birmingham’s most expensive ever penthouses, were sold on the open market as well as the ground floor commercial unit.  The development was financed by RBS/Natwest.
