BPG has an established history of entering into joint ventures with a range of partners, in order to deliver planning or full development/delivery of schemes. 

We are currently working on a number of such joint ventures and had a particular specialism in the “credit crunch” of helping lenders work out their distressed debt or as mortgagee in possession. 

The structure of these joint ventures ranges from simple share of equity to ad hoc consultancy.  Our entrepreneurial nature means that we can approach any opportunity with an open mind.
